Due to the handmade nature of the products:

• Colours may vary slightly between screens and real-life appearance

Measurements listed are approximate.

Unless otherwise stated, artworks are permanently fixed into their frames and are not designed to be removed.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed before goods are dispatched.

4. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the courier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate.

5. Returns and Consumer Rights

Consumers in the United Kingdom have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.

Because products are handmade, minor variations, natural imperfections, and differences in wood grain are not considered defects.

Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, or used for AI training, NFTs, digital resale, or derivative works without prior written permission.
